Energy PRZ

EnergyPRZ Management Team

Robert Neal, President and CEO

Bob Neal founded EnergyPRZ in order to make a difference for families struggling to pay bills, for those of us concerned about carbon emissions and global warming, to train and put to work people displaced by a difficult hiring environment, and to reduce America's dependence on foreign oil. As an executive recruiter, Bob witnessed firsthand the dislocation caused by this recession. Having also worked many years for the largest Fortune 500 company in CT, Bob sensed an opportunity to build a business with a win-win result. Starting in his own garage, with the goal to significantly reduce his home's energy consumption, Bob is on a mission to professionalize weatherizing to make it affordable, available, and logical for each homeowner.

Christopher J Cole, Partner, Member of the Board of Advisors, Head of Government & Institutional Development

Chris has been an early adopter of environmentally friendly technology for many years. He purchased one of the first Toyota Prius high mileage cars and placed solar panels on his home roof over 5 years ago. His eldest daughter will graduate from the University of Vermont this spring with a degree in Environmental Studies. While generating green power for his home has been a success, the savings from our weatherizing his home over a year ago has been even more significant and surprising. Chris assumed that his home, build 12 years ago, was tight. We discovered that simple weatherizing techniques could and have saved him important dollars over this cold winter. Still an advocate for solar, Chris is now a strong supporter for our effort to weatherize homes across Connecticut and beyond, speaking to town conservation managers and home association groups.

John Hasenauer, Member of the Board ofAdvisors

John brings to our company tremendous experience managing small and medium size businesses in Connecticut. He brings a business savvy necessary to allow EnergyPRZ to efficiently provide the client service and growth essential to meeting our objectives and those of our client's and CL&P and United Illuminating. John has also been a beneficiary of energy savings from the weatherizing that we performed several months ago on his home in Southport. His wife explained it best, "the drafts are all gone, our home is warmer and more cozy".
